In response to your requests to set individual font defaults and size, please email us your default preference so we can set them up for you. Currently the default is set at Times New Roman, 12 point.
Please note improvements to the selection process for designating Headline Articles and Top Articles. In order to prevent duplication of your articles, please select each article only once. We have added two new buttons. The Remove Each button allows you to remove one article at a time. The Remove All button allows you to remove all selected articles and begin selection process again.
You will see these two new buttons every time you order the display of any information.
We have also created a new Calendar Management System. This will allow you to add all your event postings to your Calendar. Each posting that has an address included will automatically have a map showing location of each event.
Each posting to the Calendar can be automatically added to your members/agents Outlook calendar for easy posting. You are able to add audio invitations, photos and graphics to each posting to the Calendar for a multimedia experience.
We will be offering Calendar Management System training in the next two weeks, as well as other tutorials. We will email you the schedule to sign up.

Tip of the Month: You can now create multiple (5) Newsletter Mastheads to personalize your emailed newsletters for different sub-groups (i.e.: Commercial, Board of Directors, PAC-Legislative, New Member, Affiliate Members, Special Event Promotions).
Adding Newsletter Mastheads Instructions: On Control Central select Newsletter, select Masthead, click Add, Browse File on your computer, Open File, Click Submit.
